| Annual contracts are effective April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009. Seasonal contracts are effective May 1, 2008 to November 1, 2009. 15% Deposit required by 12/01/07. Balance due in full by 3/1/08- Annual Slips 3/1/08- Seasonal Slips. Live Aboards Permitted - $50/month added to published rate. Electrical usage is metered and billed to tenant ($6.00 monthly minimum). All slips. Move from Slip April 18-30, 2008 for Boat Show Tenants have exclusive use of Pool/Gym. Cable/Water no charge to most slips. |
